I think we all need to just chill out and have a coffee or something... This is not a Tucows problem, it's an Afilias problem. We've told our customers, "The new registry is having problems and should be functioning properly in a couple of days. We'll let you know then which domains you got." There's nothing else that can be done and flaming this forum will not help things get there faster.
