Registrar Transfers:

-80% developed
-Currently handled by [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or the secret reseller varient ;)
-GAINING registrar initiates the order....gaining registrar pays.
-cost is ONE .ca domain year, and one year is added to the name.

(really, it's quite like .com transfers, except it's currently handled
manually)
