Kris, I just transferred two domains away from NSI within a day! I started it 5pm yesterday (first confirmation was sent to OpenSRS), got the outbound-response thingy at 7 in the morning, acked it at 10, got netsol accept at 5. So, it took exactly 24 hours, no longer. I think most domains are getting denied because either they are getting transferred too late or (main reason) the client simply does not answer properly. We all know that clients often actually do not do what they claim and what they even THINK they do :-( I think that's the real problem. Long ago we started to enter our own special email address for the admin-c address and this has proven to be very valuable this year, we can handle all the transfer email inhouse.
