Do you mean so you only get all messages once, say at the start/end of the day? If so, whilst we wait for this I just setup a rule in outlook to move srs email into srs folder and the email account you use for SRS, (useful if is only for srs) turn off "include in send & recieve" that way can download all new messages when you want to read them. If not, ignore above! :)
