I'm sure you already did this, but... Did anyone set up the DNS records on those nameservers? I know that during moments of frustration it's this sort of thing that gets overlooked.
Also remember that it takes 12-24 hours for the DNS records to resolve worldwide after the nameservers have been changed. I know these answers probably sound ridiculous but aside from a corrupted database entry at the registry level, these seem to be the only feasible answers.
