I lost the password to manage a domain!
The RSP can Email that info to them via "Search Active Domains"
on the RSP web interface. If you click on the domain in question, the Email
link is at the bottom.
If the Admin Contact Email address is invalid for any reason,
the only remaining option is to send us a fax on company letterhead
(if possible) signed by the RSP and Domain owner requesting the
Email address be changed.

Please Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] so we know to look for your fax.
Needless to say, this is a troublesome and drawn out process for
you as well as us. Please relay to your Customers the critical
importance of the Admin Email address.
For .ca domain only: In addition to the Fax, CIRA has an Email system of
their own to make Admin Contact changes.
- OpenSRS Support will send an Email to CIRA and CC all the domain contacts
requesting the change.
- CIRA will echo it back, asking for confirmation.
- Any of the contacts can reply and confirm.
- CIRA will Email again to be sure and then make the change.
