tricky question.
if the name is really important, SnapNames.com
has some kind of "special" relationship with registrars to give them a
decent chance.  If the name is interesting at all, you are going to have to
pound the registry on a regular basis to retrieve.  Lastly, it is possible
eNom will hang on to it.  In stasis.
