Hello I went into the "Deactivated names (between expiry date and
registry deletion date)" section of our reseller interface and tried to
renew 2 domains that a customer missed renewing and when clicking on
"Renew" for one year and then hitting submit, the renewals fail.
Any ideas? I have not had this happen before.
