Can you clarify whether ALL the successful .biz domains are being charged
against us in one hit?

It is a very short time frame to try to secure payment from our clients.
What if some decide to not to pay for the domain?

I was under the impression that if they didn't pay for the .biz domain name
after they were successful in being granted the domain that the domain would
return to the pool of available names and their application fee would not be
refunded (ie they have 7 days to pay for it or lose it).

Now you are saying if we cannot obtain payment from the client (in this
short time frame) then the .biz domain is registered anyway and we bear the
brunt of the cost?
Who then has ownership of the domain?  The client or the reseller?
