Hello, We are starting to gather evidence for a possible class action lawsuit against Verisign Registrar (aka Netsol) regarding their alleged practice of declining registrar transfer requests away without a valid reason.
If you have customers who have had transfers declined without a valid reason (i.e. the domain was paid, not past expiry, etc.) and are interested in participating in a class action, please contact me off list. -Bill
