I have been attempting to see if a copy of the Zone File Access Agreement
was available from Neulevel to sign in preparation for when the .biz zone
files would be available.

The people at their support address don't seem to understand. They have
directed me to www.whois.biz for info, and another time given me the URL
for generic/stock/draft access agreements on the *ICANN* website, e.g.
http://www.icann.org/tlds/agreements/unsponsored/registry-agmt-appn-11may01.htm.
They most recently are telling me that I need to sign and send the stock
ICANN agreements back to ICANN to get access to the .biz zone files, and
specifically that these agreements are *not* to be sent to Neulevel. Strange.

We have signed the Zone Files Access Agreements from Verisign and returned
them to Verisign for .com/.net/.org. We have signed the Zone Files Access
Agreements from Afilias and returned them to Afilias for .info. Why would
these agreements come from ICANN and be sent back to ICANN. ICANN doesn't
administer activities or access for registries.

Also, the generic agreements on the ICANN site are not complete. They are
templates that include many instances of "[name of Registry Operator]" and
"[nickname of Registry Operator]" etc. throughout the generate agreements.

Neulevel Support does not appear to know what they are talking about in
this regard. I have communicated with them on this many times over many
days, without any luck.

Has anyone else had any luck with this, or any suggestions?

Doug
