What OS or database cannot handle more than 10 characters.. This is
rediculous.. Normally I would overlook something so trivial, but as many
are finding it is the end user that is bitching at the reseller, and that
not only causes frustration, but lost orders.. Granted the situation is
the same everywhere, but it still causes problems..
