Wooowoa! The auto-responder does this once and a while, Im not sure why (
it might just stink :) , but if you got the auto-reply then we got the
email. But if it will make you sleep better send me the ticket # and Ill
make sure that the email was received.....Chances are the ticketing system
had a problem processing the email right away.

The .ca domains, were they RSP to RSP transfers or registrar to registrar
transfers. Right now RSP to RSP .ca transfers wont add one year to the
domain. Only registrar to registrar transfers will do this.
