Is there a privacy list discussing .NAME privacy issues anywhere? I understand a company putting their information in WHOIS but what about individuals? Would individuals be required to put their full information into WHOIS? I assume so...I can't find any exceptions for .NAME...but...seems like a great place for spammers to start mining for new spam lists...
