Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm glad to hear it is not common practice! It has left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. I may well go to Toronto if I can make it, however, from their time-table, it doesn't appear that they are going to devote much time to questions from the floor. By the way, I voted for you!
