Keep in mind that in order for your IDNs to resolve today, your browser must
be Internet Explorer 5 or higher, and DNS for the name must be set up as
follows:
bq--mlnamehere.mltbd.com IN A ip.add.re.ss
(where the bq-- name is the RACE encoded version of your IDN)
As of January 2001, the DNS entry will have to be changed to:
zq--ACEencodedname.mltbd.com IN A ip.add.re.ss
