Are we the only ones with such bad luck? We *THOUGHT* we did everything right this time.
Late Aug, we submitted a transfer request (from NetSol). Sep 6 was declined. Notified client to pay them 1 year, would resubmit at about 60 days to avoid the 45 day rule. Sep 13, her expiry in NetSol WHOIS showed the year has been added. Nov 12 - 2 MONTHS LATER - submit another transfer request #4675146 Nov 13 - customer confirmed to me that she received and approved their transfer out msg. Early this morning, customer tries logging onto her website via domain's URL. Error page. Try pulling up her page - NetSol's parking page is there! THEY CHANGED HER DNS RECORDS !!!!!!!!!!!!! It is still showing pending in my RWI. Internic still shows NetSol. WHAT THE HECK? HELP! Jo Shea DanjoCreations
