if you look at the SF version of the code it gives you a head start. You can specify the cost per extension and it will calculate for the verify.html page the total (potential) cost (some domains may fall at the final post in the registration and so you cant 100% rely on that cost - but you can use the same principle to add up the cost in the hooks).
Of course then charging the customer is up to you in the hooks - but doing it there is far easier than doing it in reg_system.cgi - makes upgrades substantially easier cheers Jim Carey www.OZbcoz.com discount domain registration www.iluvoz.com affordable hosting services > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Charles Daminato > Sent: Sunday, 18 November 2001 8:57 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Cc: Robert; discuss list opensrs.org > Subject: Re: Newbie problems/questions > > > Marc, > > Adding mechanisms to charge the customer (where to put it, how much to > charge) is up to each reseller to determine, and the best method to > connect them to their current systems. > > Charles Daminato > TUCOWS Product Manager > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > On Sat, 17 Nov 2001, [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > > On 11/17/01 3:43 PM, "Robert" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > >> 1) Setting prices. > > >> Where do you set your prices for TLD's and .CA's?
