You should start a webring with all the other ones out there. > If you want to add a link from your site to this one, it will help us to > get a better rank in search engines. Is that really a priority? Is your time well spent in putting up a page to let people rant? Do you honestly think that "exposing" the actions of naame.com, seoulregister.com, verisign.com and other half-assed registrars will somehow encourage them to clean up their acts? The only real way to force them to clean up their acts is to get ICANN to clean up *its* act. While it's not nearly as fun as writing software and building new interactive web sites, this sort of "grass roots" lobbying simply isn't going to have an effect. I don't know what *will* be useful. Instinct says to get involved in the politics, join WXW on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list, and add your voice to [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s class action suit. But perhaps, like Microsoft, the current situation is just one of those evils which must be endured. -- Paul Chvostek <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Operations / Development / Abuse / Whatever vox: +1 416 598-0000 IT Canada http://www.it.ca/
