Got an update from NeuLevel re: this issue - they have confirmed they are scanning the database for duplicate applications by the same applicant. They expect that these names will be added to the db and will resolve in the DNS by November 7th.
Please note - if multiple applicants have applied for the same name then they *will not* go live on the 7th as they are locked due to the legal proceedings. More information on this subject will be posted later this week.
