You can always fight the validity of their IP claim. They may just be all talk and no action though; remember, if they actually file a claim/complaint/dispute you'll hear from WIPO. Otherwise they're blowing eggs up your tailpipe.

I do not think this football club has any more right to this name than I or any business or individual who live or trade in this town.
