I finally talked with my NeuLevel account manager who informed me that they *hope* to have the reports available to registrars by end of week...which means that in reality they won't be available until mid next week. I realize that this delay is becoming a bit lengthy and we hope to have resolve quite soon. I assure you I am lobbying NeuLevel to bring awareness to this situation.
