.cc Transfer???

Hi Guys...    I have a client that wents to transfer a .cc to us. But I am getting the following error: The error which occurred was: The domain name.cc is not currently transferrable: System doesn't support .uk,.vc,.tv or .cc transfers.       What can I do?
