A certain RSP was bought out by a US company who did not pick up the .ca reg. part of the biz - i.e. biz still exists, but they no longer process .ca registrations. I have an order to renew a name that was suspended due to expiring 12/01. Do I just place this as a renewal (RSP-RSP) - can it be be transferred to us even though it's past expiry (since it's still Tucows as registrar) or is there some special procedure to follow?
