While generating csr you'll be asked for CN (Commmon Name), it's name of site you wish to secure, if you want have https://www.4cheapdomains.net, then type it there, if you want https://secure.4cheapdomains.net, then type secure.4cheapdomains.net, but keep in mind that cert work only for site listed in CN field - i.e. if you have cert for www.4cheapdomains.net, secure.4cheapdomains.net will show popup window.
