One more example of why the registrant should NEVER let someone else be listed as administrative contact. If the registrant has any proof that they are entitled to the name, e.g., incorporation or ficticious business name paperwork, it should be theoretically possible to fax it to the registrar and get the admin contact changed. Perhaps proof of payment of the registration fee might work. Otherwise the registrant may be out of luck.
