QuickSSL you can get in about 10 minutes (or less), eBusinessID takes longer, you will need to send in some documentation (via fax). The eBusinessID works in some of the older browsers that the QuickSSL doesn't (pre ie 5.0.1 and pre ns 4.7x) which are really an insignificant number in my opinion.
