Is anyone working closely with new resellers? After being on this list for
a few months I'm seeing more and more postings from folks that really don't
understand what they are doing. Granted we all started at one time but it
seems that support for new resellers is not proactive. Keyword: proactive.

And I don't mean AOL keyword :) Michael and my other diametrical cohorts.

Anyhow, just to go a bit deeper under the surface, when new resellers post
here generally the questions they ask should be better dealt with by account
reps in my opinion. I've got one and not only is she a hotty but she is
very helpful. <laugh>

Of course I'll get fourteen replies telling me anything goes on this list
blah blah blah but here again I disagree. So do me a favor and don't reply
with your anti-statement. My point is that new resellers should get a
little more hand holding so they grow and flourish to become big resellers
blah blah blah. You get the point. And for those that don't get the point.
Forget I said anything. Please. I'd like to get one night of rest from
finger wagging replies. :)

Peace and love inc.,
Lars Hindsley
