That is just one of the many hurdles netsol employees to keep from losing
customers.  After you get netsol to correct the e-mail address (it may
take awhile), then you must deal with their "you didn't reply to our
confirmation e-mail within 2 minutes of us sending it and you actually
never received in the first place.  Our goal is to make it as hard as
possible for you to leave then you will take the path of less resistance
and remain our customer.  Remember, we are Verisign, the Internet Trust
Company.  If you can't trust us, who can you trust?"
