Hello folks, Solstice

I am an RSP like yourselves. Been using opensrs for over a year now (or is
almost 2?) I have generally had a positive experience with their technical
system and the individuals in support and management. My feeling/thought is
to give OpenSRS some time to digest the serious concerns a number of people
have voiced. If they have screwed up in some way, i would be surprised if
they didn't acknowledge this and attempt to remedy the situation. I'm still
forming my thoughts around this domain drop thing and would like to
understand more about it.

My recommendation is opensrs immediately stop picking up domains before they
drop at this time (if indeed that what's happening in the testbed.) and
evaluate things/ including listening carefully to RSP concerns. I would
also hope that people take a few breaths and reread their emails if their
vitriol is set to high. I am not suggesting don't post, i am suggesting
consider what you are saying before you hit send.

Today is Solstice. The longest night of the year in half the world.
Tomorrow the days begin to get longer in half the world. (i think my
astronomy's correct here.)

May you all have a safe and inspiring holidays.
