The registry maintains the name server database and they haven't provided an easy way to do a bulk change. All of the contact information is maintained at the OpenSRS registrar level and they have provided an easy way to be bulk changes. With that said, Chuck D. of OpenSRS has posted a modified manage.cgi that you can use that incorporates a bulk name server change.
