How expired .ca names show in our systems right now shouldn't be counted on to draw any long term conclusions....
I don't yet know whether one registrar can submit a registration request for another registrars' TBR names (I'm finding that out). Further, I don't know whether we are going to get a list of these names, or whether we are going to have to base our TBR name list generation on our own dB (I hope not). Once I know these things, (and it's possible it's all published already, I just have to digest it), I'll be able to say more about how Resellers can get their hands on TBR names. In the short term, if you get someone interested in such a name, get all their info (all the normal .ca registrant info) so that you have everything you need. That way, you've got what you need and your just waiting for us to tell you what to do with it....
