I'm sorry but the VeriSign-Snapnames alliance is bullshit, flat out. This garbage propaganda press release (http://corporate.verisign.com/news/2002/pr_20020104.html) needs to be stuffed right up the asses of both VeriSign and Snapnames CEO's.
Snapnames technology? Bullshit, it is a back room payoff and collusion of both companies for any name they can squeeze a mutual buck from. Who can't write a program that whacks a server with queries? Technology my ass. Put out idiotic press releases like that, but don't expect people to be brainless. Would someone please blow up VeriSign's corporate headquarters and get it over with. These companies are screwing every other vendor on the planet and laughing at us while ICANN sits back with a "don't look at me" poker face. I'm sure if every cracker on the globe decided to smurf the shit out of these companies they would finally get. Somebody please smack them over the head with a bone and we can all sing in Kubrickean glee. Now that I got that out of my system, let me be the first to say our complaints and observations amount to Dev Nulllllll. They are marching forward while we ineptly stand by playing by the rules. Someone will have to break the rules before we ever see an ounce of fairness across the board. Business is business and they are giving it to each and every one of us. Right up the patootee. Snapnames just corned the market folks. While we spend countless hours of customer service on paper thin margins, VeriSign and Snapnames are making big bucks on higher profile names. I only can pray that a fool and his money are soon parted, but on the Internet that only means let the next fool rush in where thieves fear to tread. Superman where are you? Does anyone on this list have a legitimate solution? We are all squawking with no friggin answers. Doesn't the Microsoft case tell us anything? If I get no other satisfaction from this list other than telling corporate dildos at VeriSign how I feel than this is it. I know you are on this list lurking... SUCK my dick you gutless assholes.
