That did it Eric, thanks. I had move the cbc.pm that came with the dist. to
my perl\lib directory but that didn't help, I noticed the below commands
made a perl\lib\crypt dir. and put the cbc.pm in there... so one can
probably make it work by creating that dir. and copying the cbc.pm to it if
they can't use PPM.
