If all the servers are going to be responding the the same hostname (say, in
a server pool) you need only install one cert on each machine.

For example, https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/resellers (rr-n1-tor) is a server
pool - each machine in that pool has the same rr-n1-tor cert installed,
since they all answer for that hostname (behind a load balancer/server farm)
