transfer between RSP

Hi,

When I look at the FAQ concerning transfer between RSP, I see:
How do I move a domain between OpenSRS RSPs?

com/net/org/ca RSP transfers are now handled exactly the same way as Registrar transfers. The only exception is that RSP transfers are allowed for domains that are past due. You can review Registrar transfers here
Please note that domain login/passwords are not required for RSP transfers. Although the losing RSP can choose to be notified, they have no power to block a transfer away.

Actually, I am trying to do a transfer and get this response:

Transfer cannot be done. Gaining and Losing RSP are the same entity.

Anybody knows how to do?
