Hello,

I sent this e-mail several hours ago and it hasn't shown up so I'm not sure
if it went out OK so I'm sending it again. I'm getting ready to go live with
OpenSRS (I've already passed the live test) and I have a few questions:

1. Where do I go to view my customers credit card information so I can
charge them? I've looked all over the live system and can only find their
domain, contact info. etc.? Is the only way to have it sent to me through
PGP Email or is there a secure way of doing this through a browser?

2. I found where to customize the e-mail in the OpenSRS website's login
section that is sent out to customers after they register their domains.
How can I enter variables from the order into the email? For example:

Subject: Thank you for registering %%Domain Name%%

Dear, %%First Name%% %%Last Name%%,

Your domain, %%Domain Name%% has been registered.....etc, etc.

3. When will I be able to offer .NAME domains? Is it just off an on until
the main release date? If so, am I going to have to change things around in
the OpenSRS.conf a lot when the .NAME domains are available and are not
available?

4. Is there a way I can have the IP Address for each order e-mailed to me
after it is placed? This is important because we receive alot of fraudulant
orders from Russia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia and I don't want to
process an order until I can see where it came from. I saw the mail.log file
but the most important thing (IP Address) isn't logged.

Thanks,

Jeff
