Hey Josh,

I've seen this happen a few times, and with mine when it happens, it
is usually because the system either couldn't retrieve the whois data,
or couldn't parse the email address out for some reason.

You can check that and see if it is the problem by logging into the
resellers site, click on the Waiting Owner Approval link under
transfers, click on the domain name, page down to the bottom.  If you
don't see a link that says "Resend transfer request to the domain
owner" and has the email address listed, then this was the problem,
and someone from OpenSRS will have to manually do it.

If you do see the link, click it and it will resend it, perhaps it was
just an email transit issue.
