Bear with me on some history... In 99 we used Shorecom to register some names through while we finished setting out our OpenSRS reseller interface. In January 2000 we went live. A year goes by and we had to get with Shorecom on transferring a number of names to our RSP table. Everything went smoothly. Now one of those customers is Dapa Balloons. Now we have never made a habit of putting customer domains in our own "profile" but in this case dapaballoons.com is a domain I CAN MANAGE (through manage.cgi). Once again this year, we got a renewal notice from the RSP Shorecom. We e-mailed them last night asking for a note authorizing us to move it into our RSP table. I'm certain we handled this last year. This morning they replied that they cannot find it when they search for it in their own RSP management interface. So I returned to our RSP interface to search it. I got the obligatory: "Unable to find domain dapaballoons.com in database" response. WE NEED TO GET THIS DOMAIN RENEWED TODAY. Duh. Have I gone fruity? Is this domain is some other dimension like that movie with Jet Li "The One"? That movie as bad by the way. Seriously guy fella's this domain expires today and we host this site. We also built if you'd like to check out our work. We do accept outsourced design jobs. :) Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope...
