Look Up Times

Hi All..     I normally have really good look up times to see if a domain is available, however the last few days they seem to be getting longer and longer. Is anyone else having trouble???  I am starting to get a little concerned, and thinking I may need to put some kind of "Searching..." (With the periods moving or a moving graphic) indicator to make sure people wait...  Would like to see if it is just me before I get programming on this....
