Be expecting more problems even playing their games.. He are currently playing their games, and after supplying the items they requested they again refused the transfer.. This time they specified the documentation was not OK, as it had to be notarised by a public notary (we in Australia have JPs who are authorised to notarise documents), and they then specified they also wanted a copy of the company incorporation documents..
So just be aware, and expect them to continue stuffing you around.. It seems like they just want to force all their previous CORE customers into their own ICANN account..
