You
are obliged to maintain nameservers; it's part of the RFC for DNS as well as an
obligation of the registry.

Am I obliged by (Afilias?/Tucows?) to keep all nameservers alive for
.info domains, or is it allowed to have .info-domains (after successful registration)
without nameservers (=removing nameservers)?
