In some coding I've been doing, one of the things that would come in handy is the ability to query the available balance in the RSP account via the api. I've coded YARWIH (Yet Another RWI Hack) to get the data. The reason is that this could one of many deciding factors in the logic for processing an order immediately or queuing it.
