Steve,

After doing some digging internally, nothing has changed that would cause
this problem.  I've tested a stock version of 2.41 (and a couple of others
near that varient) with no issues.

If you can provide further information that may be causing this problem
(changes to defaults, maybe tech contact information, etc) will assist.
