Thanks for the reply, though it is somewhat enigmatic for me. I have this
clear image (well as clear as Real Player can be) of Eliot Noss (I hope I
have his name right) speaking at some ICANN meeting last year, pledging
support for ICANN, as long as it kept New Net and other players out. Maybe
my recollection is biased?
