If WIPO/Afilias has given authorization to transfer this domain name, then
they should provide assistance with updating the contact information
(owner transfer).  Once that is completed, you can transfer it to another
registrar if you wish.

Since registrar transfers (in our system, and many other registrars) send
an email to the current Admin contact, you may wish to get that updated
first.  Since you have the auth code, this should not be *toooo*
difficult.
