biz "Affected Names" refund agreement

1. .biz "Affected Names" refund agreement
-------------------
As announced on February 7th, 2002, we are proceeding with
.biz refunds for the 2b affected names.  The window to sign
this agreement is coming close.  You must remit a contract
by March 13th 2002 in order to be eligible for a refund.  If
we do not receive a contract, we will not be able to refund
any funds received for the 2b affected names.
