Greetings!

There may be a MAJOR problem here and I'd like to ask NuLevel to comment -- or
anyone else in the know.

I've got dozens of .biz domains with Tucows, many that I've submitted to a few
other Registrars. Yet, I think EVEYONE SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS here. We may be
UNABLE or UNAWARE that all are not "checked" proceed. Here are the
circumstants that seem to be the cause:

1) The "proceed" database is being built over time (in fact as I write) and
thus INCOMPLETE!

2) If you sign-in to NuLevel with the common password you may check many
domains for which you would like to "proceed." Yet, due to point (1) this MAY
NOT BE A COMPLETE LIST! There MAY BE MORE DOMAINS to come.

3) Appentely for security you can ONLY SIGN-IN ONCE!

The concern is that you check one or more the first -- and only -- time you
sign in and are, thereafter, you are UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO CHECK THOSE THAT ARE
BEING BUILT. I've issued this strong warning as with the so many notices it is
easy to lose track. DON'T COME TO BELIEVE YOU HAVE THEM ALL -- YOU MAY NOT!

I STONGLY suspect this is the case as I have dozens with Tucows, yet only ONE
appeared when I logged in. I have since received at least one new notification
that I CAN NO LONGER CONFIRM. The common password no longer works.

This may be a disaster in the making. Has anyone else had this expereince? If
I am correct, what can you do NuLevel???? Please advise to me as well as the
discussion list above. We may all become victims here.

Best Regards, Loren

Greetings -

Please find following an update on OpenSRS.

1. .biz IP Claim names DNA
-------------------
Neulevel has recently sent emails to all registrants who have IP
claims against domains they have submitted registerations for.
The IP Claim may, or may not have been submitted by these
registrants. A registrant MUST proceed or cancel their pursuit
of these domain registrations, or they will not get the domain.
The timeline for these submissions is by March 20, 2002 at
23:50 EST (March 21, 2002 at 04:50 UTC)

If you have any domains that fall into this category, you will be
receiving an email from Tucows/OpenSRS within the next 24 hours with
additional information, including a list of domains and registrants
that must follow up with this service. The username/password required
to proceed/cancel has been included in the email message sent directly
by Neulevel to the registrant.

As always - thanks for your continued support of OpenSRS!

Thanks -
