Hi Chuck,

Maybe "screw-up" was a bit strong. I know you've all done the best you know
how, but here's what happened....

Apprently there was a way to submit mulitiple .biz domains for one applicant.
The other Registrars did it and each resulted in a single Applicant/Password
combination. Nulevel sends dozens of requests -- one for each domain -- but
each with the same Applicant/Password. On the very first visit to Nulevel's
site (the correct one now -- thanks!) I signed in and "proceeded" them all.

I'm done with everyone but Tucows -- where each applicant/password is unique
and for a single domain. I'm expecting dozens of e-mail and everyone counts!
Any missing e-mail resutls in a "cancel" by default... And I think you know
how I feel about these "claims."

I'm tracking those I submit and should have a list. Hopefully, we can somehow
determine which are missing.

Best, Loren

While we're willing to help you, I don't see how Neulevel's process and
system can be categorized as our screw up.
