I have tried manually submitting a domain transfer request for a client's 
domain two different times. Both times the transfer e-mail has not been sent 
to the client. It is also not showing the usual message 'Sun Mar 17 10:31:43 
2002Transfer Request message sent to admin@domain' at the bottom of the 
'Pending Owner Approval' transfer page along with the 'Resend transfer 
request to the domain owner ([EMAIL PROTECTED])'.

I just tried submitting a transfer request for one of my own domains and it 
went through and I received the e-mail. My client has access to the e-mail 
address listed as the Admin contact on the domain so that is not the 
problem. It is obvious there's something wrong with OpenSRS's transfer 
system since the info isn't showing up in the Notes section and at the 
bottom of the page.

If anybody has any suggestions as to how to get this transfer processed I 
would be greatly appreciative.
